Mission reference: Instrument of Destruction part 1
Status: Former Mysteron agent
Task: Destruction of Skybase
Additional notes: Captain Scarlet was present on the mission to Mars, and was the surviving member of the two-man team. It is uncertain how he became a victim of the Mysterons, as he does not appear to have been reconstructed in the conventional manner. It is possible that he was reconstructed whilst still on Mars, and that he remained unaware of the fact until the Mysterons required him to act. Scarlet was freed from the Mysterons' control by unknown means. He fell several stories, passing through a plasma current in Skybase's engineering section.

Additional notes: General Zamatev was brought under Mysteron control during the UN briefing regarding the Mysterons. He assisted Captain Black in stockpiling nuclear material and provided a getaway tank for the primary agent. It is presumed that he died in the Dreznik tank when it sank.
Mission reference: Swarm
Status: deactivated
Task: destruction of Skybase
Additional notes: The Swarm comprised of many small robots that act together. One single bug infiltrated Skybase and replicated itself into a swarm. The Swarm have the ability to tap into a person's cerebral pathways to gain knowledge. The Swarm had a design flaw that left them susceptible to water, and they were destroyed when Captain Scarlet activated the fire suppression systems on Skybase.
Mission reference: Rat Trap
Status: destroyed
Task: death of Captain Scarlet
Additional notes: The RATs were originally Spectrum research machines, used to collect rock samples from the Martian terrain. They were commandeered by the Mysterons, and attacked the scientists at Base Elysium in order to lure Captain Scarlet to Mars and destroy him once and for all. The RATs were both destroyed.
Mission reference: The Homecoming
Status: deceased
Task: detonation of antimatter reactor
Additional notes: The original Commander Lewis was lost in space on 12th August 2049. He was taken into Spectrum custody after the replicant returned to Earth, and was reunited with his daughter, Lieutenant Green. He was able to make use of the Mysteron power of hypnosis to fool Dr. Gold into performing DNA analysis on his own blood and escape from Skybase before anyone realised the mistake. He almost succeeded in detonating a prototype antimatter reactor at the Space Agency's base in New Mexico before he was killed by Lieutenant Green.
Mission reference: Mercury Falling
Status: deceased
Task: destruction of Washington DC

Additional notes: These Mysteron agents were only ever seen recruiting Storey in Chiller, but the impression is given that they are senior agents, perhaps like Captain Black himself.
Mission reference: Chiller
Status: presumed deceased
Task: death of Captain Scarlet
Additional notes: Hypnotised by one of the "Mysterons in Black" into driving his fuel tanker into the diner where Captain Scarlet was being held prisoner. The ensuing inferno should have destroyed Scarlet for good, and presumably did kill the driver.
Mission reference: Trap for a Rhino
Status: deceased
Task: capture of a Spectrum Rhino & destruction of Grampian Power Station
Additional notes: Mrs. MacKenzie was allowed to see the Mysterons and contact the police before she was killed. Considering that she's a little old lady, she's pretty strong - able to throw Harmony across a room and pin Scarlet to the ground. She fell to her death once Johnson had stolen the Rhino.
Mission reference: Trap for a Rhino
Status: presumed deceased
Task: capture of a Spectrum Rhino & destruction of Grampian Power Station
Additional notes: Johnson was a Spectrum cadet training with Harmony Angel when he was Mysteronised. He stole a Rhino from Captain Scarlet and almost succeeded in destorying the Grampian Power Station. He was (probably) killed when Scarlet crashed a Hummingbird into the Rhino, although his death is not confirmed on-screen.
Mission reference: Heist
Status: unknown
Task: killing a Vampire pilot
Additional notes: Probably chosen because it could infiltrate a top-security base without suspicion. Could have been a guard dog, but this is not confirmed on-screen. This is the first of two Mysteronised animals seen, the second being the condor in Contact.
Mission reference: Heist
Status: deceased
Task: distracting Spectrum long enough that the Heavies can kidnap Victoria Gray.
Additional notes: He's obviously enough of a throw-away character that no-one thought we would notice that he appears to be Scarlet's identical twin brother! Mysteronised by the Dobermann and dies in a blaze of glory when he is shot down by four Spectrum Angels.
Mission reference: Heist
Status: in custody
Task: Kidnapping Victoria Gray & keeping tabs on Colonel White.

Heavy Two
Mission reference: Heist
Status: deceased
Task: Kidnapping Victoria Gray & ensuring Spectrum's implication in the Great Train Robbery.

Colonel White traps him in a Rhino and drives it from a railway bridge.
Mission reference: The Achilles Messenger
Status: deceased

Mission reference: Touch of the Reaper
Status: unknown, assumed deceased
Task: recruitment of Dan Lloyd
Additional notes: Dana was used purely to transfer a deadly virus from the lab in which she worked to her journalist boyfriend, Dan Lloyd.

Additional notes: Dan was Mysteronised following infection with the Razza virus. He was killed by Captain Scarlet on Airforce One.
Mission reference: Contact
Status: unknown
Task: killing Phil Bogart
Additional notes: The condor was the second animal seen to be doing the Mysterons' bidding, and again, sadly underused. It is unclear as to whether the condor is a reconstruction or a victim of hypnosis.
Mission reference: Contact
Status: unknown, presumed deceased
Task: destruction of Washington DC
Additional notes: Phil was foiled by his twin brother, Frank, with whom he shared a psychic bond. Phil dissolved into a green light when his mission failed and has not been seen since.
Mission reference: Contact
Status: unknown, presumed alive and well
Task: murder of Colonel White
Additional notes: Frank was temporarily taken over by his Mysteronised twin brother Phil, and it is questionable as to whether he should be considered as a Mysteron Agent or not. He escaped from the Mysterons' control and was last seen by Captains Blue and Scarlet at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC. It is unknown as to whether he is still at large, or whether he has been re-captured by local authorities.
Mission reference: Proteus
Status: unknown
Task: assassination of the Chinese President & implication of the US Navy
Additional notes: Halser was the captain of the prototype warship Proteus, which was largely controlled by its computer, Mab. Halser was last seen dissolving into green light, just after he tells Scarlet their plan.
Mission reference: Proteus
Status: deceased
Task: assassination of the Chinese President & implication of the US Navy

Mission reference: Proteus
Status: destroyed
Task: assassination of the Chinese President & implication of the US Navy
Additional notes: Mab was the artifical intelligence in control of the Proteus. Her small crew made her an easy target for the Mysterons.
Mission reference: Fallen Angels
Status: deceased
Task: killing Spectrum envoy to World Summit
Additional notes: The Vampire pilots were tasked with destroying the Spectrum envoys to the World Summit, and one assumes Colonel White specifically, but were shot down by the Angels before they even got close.
Mission reference: Fallen Angels
Status: deceased
Task: extracting information from the 'fallen' Angels
Additional notes: Vana was the pirate leader, a partially bio-mechanical woman who ruled with an iron fist. She also has the power to read minds, although whether this is a natural ability, or one given to her by the Mysterons is not made clear. Like her crew, Vana was bumped off by Destiny Angel.
Mission reference: Fallen Angels
Status: presumed deceased
Task: extracting information from the 'fallen' Angels
Additional notes: O'Brien was the safecracker, and clearly the brains of the pirate operation; however this is not saying much as he fell foul of Destiny's trap quite quickly. If he wasn't killed by the fall into the man-trap, he was presumably killed in the volcanic eruption that followed soon afterwards.
Mission reference: Fallen Angels
Status: deceased
Task: extracting information from the 'fallen' Angels
Additional notes: Kruger gathered intel on potential targets for the pirating operation before being taken by the Mysterons. He was also clearly the muscle of the team. Kruger was thrown over a cliff by Destiny Angel.
Mission reference: Fallen Angels
Status: presumed deceased
Task: extracting information from the 'fallen' Angels
Additional notes: Chan was the helmsman of the pirate ship. He was knocked from a tree by Destiny Angel. If he wasn't killed by the fall, he was presumably killed in the volcanic eruption that followed soon afterwards.
Mission reference: Storm at the End of the World
Status: deceased
Task: murdering the population of Ragnarok, AK
Additional notes: The Druzynik crew was successful in their task. The Druzynik itself was found abandoned by Captains Scarlet and Blue the next morning, leading them to Ragnarok, where the crew were acting as guards for the Mysteronised populace. The crew were killed by Scarlet and Blue.
Mission reference: Storm at the End of the World
Status: deceased
Task: extermination of the human race
Additional notes: The townspeople were recruited in order to unearth a meteor containing lethal spores. They succeeded, and were infected with the spores in an attempt to spread the disease to the entire population of Earth. All fifty-two residents of Ragnarok were killed when Scarlet shot their plane down.
Mission reference: Storm at the End of the World
Status: deceased
Task: Taking Scarlet and Blue prisoner
Additional notes: In the words of Captain Blue, Katie was "the most hospitable replicant I ever met". Katie's main role was to recruit Captains Scarlet and Blue to the mining operation, and, in her role to take them unawares, was unusually chatty for a Mysteron. Katie was killed along with the rest of the population of Ragnarok.
Mission reference: Storm at the End of the World
Status: deceased
Task: leader of the Ragnarok Mysteron colony
Additional notes: Doc, the former doctor of Ragnarok, was the leader of the Mysteron cell there and directed the mining operation. He was also responsible for ensuring that all the replicants were infected with the alien spores. Doc was killed along with the rest of the population of Ragnarok.
Mission reference: Duel
Status: unknown, presumed still active
Task: feeding information to Spectrum
Additional notes: Zuca was an informant even before the Mysterons took him; he had fingers in many pies and sold information to whoever paid him well. Scarlet regularly used Zuca's information as, whilst he didn't trust Zuca as man, he trusted what he traded. Whether Zuca was a Mysteron agent when he told Scarlet about the initial exchange of the nerve agent is not made clear, but he is certainly a replicant when he tells Scarlet about the real target. Zuca was last seen disappearing in a flash of green light after being abandoned in the desert by Scarlet.
Mission reference: Shape Shifter
Status: both deceased
Task: unknown
Additional notes: The actual target of the two Mysteron intruders is unknown; the threat is made before the start of the episode. Scarlet implies that their intention was to blow up the particle collider at Laroux Research Facility. They were both stopped, but it is possible that they were there to lure Scarlet and set off the chain of events that followed.
Mission reference: Shape Shifter
Status: converted
Task: destruction of Skybase, defamation of Captain Scarlet
Additional notes: It isn't known whether the shape shifter was planned, or whether the Mysterons saw an opportunity at Laroux and took it. Either way, the actions of the shape shifter very nearly got Captain Scarlet killed for good thrice over! It had the ability to take the shape of anyone or anything it touched, making it extremely hard to identify and catch. It was eventually thrown into a particle stream by Captain Scarlet and converted into energy to keep Skybase running.
Mission reference: Grey Skulls
Status: unknown
Task: planting a biological bomb
Additional notes: Rimmer was a policeman from Phoenix, Arizona, who the Mysterons chose to plant a Doomsday bomb. When Spectrum got too close, Rimmer found the nearest person, Brock, to hand the weapon to, in order to keep it out of Spectrum's hands. He was last seen disappearing in a flash of green light.
Mission reference: Grey Skulls
Status: deceased
Task: planting a biological bomb
Additional notes: It is unknown whether Brock was a planned Mysteronisation, or simply opportunism on their part. Either way, he nearly foiled Spectrum and was only thwarted due to the help of a rival gang member, Colt.
